If you have purchased a new or used vehicle within the last three (3) years and would like for us to review your paperwork for free to see if you have been charged illegal or fraudulent charges, please contact our office.  You may be entitled to money damages if any of the following occurred:

  1. The dealer was paid a kickback by your bank for secretly marking up your interest rate
  2. You were told that you were "upside down" in your trade in vehicle. That is, that the payoff on your trade-in is more than the value of the trade in
  3. You purchased an extended warranty, theft protection or credit insurance
  4. You were told that the A.P.R. in your contract was the best rate the dealer could find for you
  5. You were not provided a copy of your truth in lending disclosures until after you had already made the deal and signed the contract
